1. Approach our CUSTOMER HELP DESK and fill out the complaint form.
2. Submit the fully filled out form to the Customer Assistant officer in Help Desk.

Any simple concern (complaint or request) shall be processed by the Bank within seven (7) days and reply shall be issued within two (2) days after the resolution is completed.
